PATRICK NOONAN Guided by his 35 years in the restaurant business, award winning Chef Patrick Noonan creates the Sombrero menu to feature the finest food in the Keys. Patrick joined Sombrero after having spent decades working at restaurants including Shula's Steak House, The Dock at Crayton Cove, Mango's Bistro and his own 200 seat fine dining establishment Minneapolis-St. Paul.
